Meet the Team

Leo Oligmueller (Firefighter 1 /EMT)- Leo has been a member of the department for 51 years and has been an EMT for the past 48 years.

John Wilson (Firefighter 1/EMT)- John has been a member of the department for 42 years and has been an EMT for all 42 years. He currently serves as the department's Certification Officer.

Dan Allison (Firefighter 1)- Dan has been a member of the department for 38 years. He currently serves as the department's Fire Chief.

Greg Shada (Firefighter/EMT)- Greg has been a member of the department for 38 years and has been an EMT for the past 37 years.

Pat Braniff (Firefighter 1)- Pat has been a member of the department for 34 years. He currently serves as the department's 1st Assistant Chief.

Jeff Pickell (Firefighter)- Jeff has been a member of the department for 28 years. He currently serves as the department's 2nd Assistant Chief.

Brad Hawkins (Firefighter/EMT)- Brad has been a member of the department for 26 years and has been an EMT for 25 years. He currently serves as the department's 1st Rescue Lieutenant.

John Manson (Firefighter 1/EMT)- John has been a member of the department for 18 years and has been an EMT for all 18 years.

Kyle Walton (Firefighter/EMT)- Kyle has been a member of the department for 13 years and has been an EMT for 11 years. Kyle serves as the department's 2nd Rescue Lieutenant.

Josh Olson (Firefighter 1/EMT)- Josh has been a member of the department for 13 years and has been an EMT for 10 years. He currently serves as the department's Board Member.

Aaron Snow (Firefighter 1/EMT)- Aaron has been a member of the department for 11 years and has been an EMT for 10 years. He also holds his National EMT Certification. He currently serves as the department's Secretary/Treasurer.

Tara Snow (Firefighter/RN)- Tara has been a member of the department for 10 years. Tara currently serves as the Public Relations Officer.

Karolyn McElroy (Firefighter/EMT)- Karolyn has been a member of the department for 9 years. Karolyn has been an EMT for 34 years and is currently a member of the Lyons Fire and Rescue department.

Tom Beck (Firefighter/EMT)- Tom has been a member of the department for 8 years and has been an EMT for 8 years. He currently serves as the department's Sergeant at Arms.

Darren Lytle (Firefighter/EMT)- Darren has been a member of the department for 7 years and has been an EMT for 5 years. He also holds his National EMT Certification. Darren currently serves as the department's Rescue Captain. Darren is also a certified CPR instructor.

Deb Ward (Firefighter/EMT) - Deb has been a member of the department for 7 years and has been an EMT for 7 years. She also holds her National EMT Certification.

Jason Smith (Firefighter/EMT) - Jason has been a member of the department for 7 years and has been an EMT for 6 years. He also holds his National EMT Certification. Jason currently serves as the department's Vice President.

Richard Barton (Firefighter/EMT)- Richard has been a member of the department for 6 year and has been an EMT for 4 years. He also holds his National EMT Certification.

Kim Snow (Firefighter 1)- Kim has been a member of the department for 5 years. Kim currently serves as the department's President.

Bryan Miller (Firefighter/EMT) - Bryan has been a member of the department for 5 years and has been an EMT for 2 year. He also holds his National EMT Certification. He currently serves as the department's Safety Officer.

Kristen Sumey (FireFighter/EMT)- Kristen has been a member of the department for 4 years and has been an EMT for 4 years. She also holds her National EMT Certification. Kristen serves as the department's 3rd Rescue Lieutenant.

Leslie Lytle (FireFighter/EMT)- Leslie has been a member of the department for 4 years and has been an EMT for 2 year. She also holds her National EMT Certification. Leslie currently serves as the department's Chaplain. Leslie is also a certified CPR instructor.

Lukas Braniff (Firefighter) - Lukas has been a member of the department for 4 years.

Nick Fisichella (FireFighter/EMT)- Nick has been on the department for 3 years and has been an EMT for 2 years. He also hold his National EMT Certification. Nick currently serves as the department's Training Officer.

Deric Blender (FireFighter) - Deric has been on the department for 2 years. He currently serves as the department's Assistant Training Officer.

Megan Liechti (FireFighter) - Megan has been on the department for 2 years. She currently serves as the department's Fire Prevention Officer.

Chris Fleischman (FireFighter/EMT) - Chis has been on the department for 1 year and has been an EMT for 2 years.  Chris is current a member of the Herman Fire and Rescue Department.  

Kassidy Lytle (FireFighter) - Kassidy has been a member on the department for 1 year.

Garrett Noel (FireFighter) - Garrett has been a member on the department for 1 year. Garrett currently serves as the department's 3rd Assistant Chief.

Matt Hawkins (FireFighter) - Matt joined the department in November 2024.

Sam Lager (FireFighter) - Sam joined the department in November 2024.

Dawn Francis-Smeal (FireFighter/EMT) - Dawn joined the department in April 2025.

Clint Smeal (FireFighter/EMT) - Clint joined the department in April 2025.

James Cameron-Navarro (FireFighter) - James joined the department in June 2025.

Francois Jacobs (FireFighter) - Francois joined the department in July 2025

Darrell Goldenstein (FireFighter) - Darrell joined the department in August 2025.
